Our molds are crafted from high-strength PP (polypropylene) and APS industrial plastic composites. They have good flexibility and impact resistance. The surface is treated for low friction, enabling smooth demolding without damaging concrete.

Proper maintenance tips:
(1) Clean residual concrete immediately after demolding (avoid hard tools);
(2) Apply a thin layer of hydraulic oil (remove excess) to prevent adhesion;
(3) Store in dry, ventilated area (-20°C to 60°C, no direct sunlight);
(4) Replace worn seals promptly if leaking.
